UNIVERSITY OF NEW HAVEN – TUITION BENEFIT

SWORN POLICE AND FIRE OFFICERS

Undergraduate Programs:

All sworn officers in the State of CT receive a 25% discount

By default, this applies only to Lee College programs because enrollee’s supervisor is not likely to

approve for payment of courses outside of this program

Graduate Programs in Lee College:

All sworn police and fire officers in the State of CT receive a 50% tuition discount

How to Enroll:  Officers enroll as a typical student through the normal UNH enrollment process. 

Proof of employment in the form of a letter from their Chief or the Town’s Human Resources

official is required for the Business Office to apply the discount.
