What is a Building Rep?
Your PCACT Building Representative is your first line of communication. Building Reps attend monthly meetings to stay informed about negotiations, member benefits, legislative issues, and other matters affecting educators in Putnam City. They serve as a link between PCACT leadership and the members in their building, sharing important information and bringing member questions, concerns, and ideas back to the PCACT.
Whether you have a question about your contract, professional rights, association benefits, or simply want to learn more about PCACT, your Building Rep is a great place to start. If they don't have the answer right away, they can help find it or connect you with someone who does. Building Reps play an important role in keeping members informed, connected, and engaged, helping ensure that every educator has a voice in PCACT.
