What is PCACT?
The Putnam City Association of Classroom Teachers (PCACT) is the professional organization representing certified educators in Putnam City Schools.

Your First Connections
As a new teacher, there are three people who can answer many of your questions:
Your Site Administrator
Your administrator can help with building procedures, expectations, evaluations, and district initiatives.
Your Mentor Teacher
Many new educators are paired with a mentor teacher who can provide guidance and support throughout the year.
Your PCACT Building Representative
Your PCACT Building Representative can answer questions about the negotiated agreement, leave, workload, professional rights, and other employment-related concerns. If they don't know the answer, they can connect you with people who do.
