The Negotiations Committee helps identify the priorities and concerns that PCACT brings forward during the negotiations process.

Committee members help develop the annual negotiations survey, review and discuss the feedback gathered from Putnam City educators, and use that data to determine the issues members consider most important. These priorities are then shared with the Negotiations Team to help guide the development of proposals and discussions with the district.

PCACT members interested in serving on the Negotiations Committee may apply during the second semester when applications are made available.
